APPOINTMENT REMINDER AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At Biorevive Wellness Spa, we strive to provide exceptional service and care to all our clients. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take note of our appointment reminder and cancellation policy:
APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
We understand the importance of staying informed and prepared for your scheduled service. Therefore, you can expect to receive a confirmation text message 24-48 hours before your appointment. While we make every effort to send reminders, please be aware that it remains your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to our policies, even in the event of a reminder failure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to our team and fellow clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24-hour advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please remember that your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Failing to provide sufficient notice or not showing up for your appointment not only disrupts our schedule but also denies another client the opportunity for treatment. Therefore, in the event of a No-Show or cancellation without proper notice, a $200 cancellation fee will be applied.
DEPOSITS
To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit card at the time of reservation. A deposit will be charged, which will be applied to your treatment on the day of your appointment.
REFUND POLICY
We value transparency and clarity in our refund policies at Biorevive Wellness Spa:
- Once services or products have been provided to you, they are considered irrevocable, and refunds cannot be issued.
- All treatments, procedures, and pre-paid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages expire one year from the date of purchase.
- In certain cases, credit from prepaid treatments, procedures, and/or packages may be applied toward other services or products at the discretion of management.
- Products purchased are non-refundable. However, if you experience a documented adverse reaction to a product, you may return it within 7 days from the purchase date for in-spa credit. Defective products can be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only.
