How XERF works
XERF is a monopolar radiofrequency system from Cynosure Lutronic. It warms tissue below the surface to contract and strengthen collagen, which firms skin that has started to loosen.
Older RF devices use a single frequency, so they reach either the surface or the depth, not both well. XERF runs 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz together, covering shallow, mid and deep layers in a single pass.
